We work outside on bridges, often at night. It is always 10 degrees colder by the water than outside, which in the winter can be brutal. We so far have bought 5 of these hoodies and every employee loves them Sometimes they even wear them in the truck on the way back to the shop. I have shown these to every contractor and maintenance person we interact with while we are all outside freezing at work, and they all said that they are going to get one (for work, hunting...) Two of them did it right on site before continuing work.I have seen complaints that these don't keep some people warm. I will say that we ALWAYS are wearing coveralls on top of these, so maybe that's the difference. I can see that by itself the wind would probably blow through the hoodie (it's not a wind breaker) and then it probably would not keep up.
